Young adults (18+) aging out of care or with a history of child welfare involvement. Willing to participate voluntarily and work towards self-identified goals.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Program Expectations
For Shared Living: No use of alcohol or drugs on site.
For Independent Living: Use must not interfere with daily functioning. Active participation in goal setting is required.
Seamless Process 💫
Clear Communication & Reporting
We provide consistent updates, participate in case conferences, and complete all required reporting for our funding partners in a timely manner.
Intake & Admission 🎫
Admission & Onboarding
We will schedule a meeting with the youth. Upon acceptance, we coordinate a move-in date and begin the intake process within 10 days.
Exclusion Criteria
Behaviors that pose a significant, unmanageable risk to the safety of staff or other residents. We complete risk assessments on all referrals to ensure appropriate placement.
